ONETOUCH Upgrade is a tool that helps you update your Alcatel mobile phone software with your personal computer.
Operation System: Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 / Vista /Win 7 / Win 8
INSTRUCTIONS Android 4.3 (flashing all sections) Powered Network
1. Download and install on your PC sugar qct_sp (we give a positive answer to the question);
2. Download the image to your phone to the PC POISON mail_cloud alcatel onetouch 6014x;
3. Download the archive with the utility on the PC hddrawcopy1. 10portable;
4. Unpack utility on the PC;
5. Run the utility on a PC;
6. Select the last line in the utility (without your HDD) and set the path to the firmware download alcatel onetouch 6014x on a PC;
7. Click "continue >>>" to the PC;
8. Turn off the phone !!!;
9. Turn off the phone, and then hold down the Volume "-" and the volume "+" and is connected to the phone usb tail (just do not mix with other wire :) and continue to constrain the volume "-" and the volume "+" "more seconds 7.
10. Connecting the mobile phone buttons clamped to a computer (field file double-click to open file will change to another);
11. Click on the button that appears "continue >>>" or "Start" button on the PC (We are waiting for the notification of a successful firmware);
12. Disconnect the phone from the computer;
13. Press connect key phone (The phone does not turn on and vibrates !!!);
14. Connect your phone Keys this post computer;
15. Run the sugar qct_sp on the PC;
16. Enter the username and password

17. Select onetouch 6014 in the list, click upgrade (Phone stitched in time 15 minutes and I think gives notice of a successful firmware);
18. Turn on the phone.
